Making an insurance claim
Should the worst happen, Towergate Risk Solutions Nottingham
will be there to manage your claim and ensure a prompt and fair
settlement. We know your time is valuable which is why our
experienced team will strive to finalise your claim as quickly as
possible.

dedicated claims team 0115 907 5000 for immediate
advice. Lines are open 8:30am to 5:30pm weekdays.
Once the claim form is completed please return to the address
below. We aim to review each claim on the day we receive it and
will acknowledge safe receipt within five working days.
Taxi and private hire claims
For taxi and private hire claims please contact your insurer
quoting your policy number. By liaising directly with your insurer
you will ensure a speedy resolution. If after contacting your
insurer you still need help, please call us weekdays 8:30am -
5:30pm.
