Towergate Risk Solutions Nottingham believe that we need to
demonstrate our worth to every client each year and undertake a
risk and business assessment exercise to ensure we keep abreast of
our clients activities and exposures. Only then can we properly
advise them on appropriate protection for their business and
represent them correctly to insurers.
The renewal process for our Corporate clients starts at least 3
months prior to renewal, incorporating a set formula.
- Detailed discussions with our client about their business,
identifying any new risks, changes or diversification, with
consideration for their future plans
- Review of the current claims position
- Ascertain proposed financial estimates for the next policy
period
- Following the review, we would seek to enhance the insurance
programme, where necessary and appropriate, providing options and
choice of coverage levels, with honest advice on the protection of
our client's business
- Discussing and agreeing a marketing strategy where we determine
if we should approach alternative insurers or negotiate solely with
the existing insurer(s)
- The timely delivery of our findings and proposals for the
impending renewal.
